You heard about GeMeiLia?
This Chinese cartoon company going to accumulate cartoonists from Malaysia who waiting for being mined.
Rules and instructions:

1) Works submission is opened for Malaysian only.
2)Total pages = 8, Cover = 1 + Story = 7
3) 100% original. No copy others works, if not disqualified.
4）Content cannot include bloody, religion, sex, politic and hate-related elements.
5) Projects's texts and arts are save as separated layer.
6) Organizer have the rights to edit text but not the arts story.
7) Please include personal info : English and chinese name, pen name, ic, birthdate, age, occupation, address, hp number, email, and website(if got) and story title too.
8) A clear and near photo of cartoonist is required. Passport photo is rejected. If arts is chosen, your arts and your photo will be published together !!!
9) Save as Grayscale, 300dpi resolution /save as TIFF and PDF format. Or burn in a CD and send to :
